Olympus
- Conceptual Branding Project

This self-initiated design challenge was developed under a fictional brief for Olympus, a luxury airline imagined as a premium subset of a broader travel brand, Olympus Travel

The logo design draws inspiration from the enduring influence of Ancient Greek aesthetics on contemporary visual culture. The stylised mountain peak, enclosed within a broken circular form, evokes both the mythic grandeur of Mount Olympus and the clarity of modern minimalism. The result is a mark that feels weighty yet refined. It balances gravitas with simplicity to reflect the brand’s luxury positioning.

Supporting collateral includes a series of posters designed to showcase the brand’s visual language across print and digital formats. These explore tone, typography, and spatial composition, reinforcing the airline’s aspirational appeal.

In the image below, the golden bow is a feature lifted straight from the logo. This visual motif would be used throughout Olympus’ deliverables as a directional marker or guiding line to key content.

Additionally, I developed a micro animation seen below which demonstrates how Olympus might approach engaging media for marketing or advterising channels. Communicating its value proposition, the Powerpoint deck (in which I designed the animations) highlights key touchpoints, from customer experience to brand storytelling, and is intended to feel immersive, engaging, and commercially viable.

This project was an exercise in strategic branding, visual storytelling, and design execution—bringing a fictional luxury airline to life with clarity and purpose. It was a lot of fun and I hope to expand it soon into a web design format.
